In April of River Region Credit Union (RRCU) merged with First Financial Credit Union (FFCU) in Jefferson City, MO At the time of the merger I had an automobile loan with FFCU and my wife [redacted] had a co-signed automobile loan with my son Derek In June of RRCU reproted those loans to the three major credit reporting agencies but did not remove the associated loans associated with FFCU Therefore we now have duplicate loans reported by RRCU which effectively doubles our amount owed and doubles our payments This has negatively affected our credit scores and has also negatively our debt to income ratio denying us a refinance on our home

Opening and closing accounts with out giving notice or asking the customer wether to do soLack of customer service or communication

*** moved away to Colorado a week after obtaining his loans hereHe gave us his parents address in *** as a mailing address but mail was returnedWhen asked for Colorado address, he would not give itWe had to add *** due to him having a lapse in insuranceAfter threatening to turn the
vehicle over to us due to the ***, we offered to do a modification lowering his payment back down to the amount and extend his loanAfter several days of not receiving them, he sent them with his name typed instead of a signatureWe contacted him telling him we needed real signatures, not a digital or typed oneHe responded back that he was going to contact a lawyer to sue us and turn the vehicle inAfter several back and forth e-mails, he sent the required docs back to do the extensionDuring this time, we kept getting his credit card returned back to us due to have a bad addressBecause we were unable to verify his address and signature, and fear of possible fraud activity, RRCU closed his credit card accountA letter was sent but was returned due to not having a good mailing address
