I am writing to address a ridiculous complaint by *** ***This guy has now made several statements, and his comments are now boarding on defamationHere is proof that multiple statements he made in his response are patently untrue"It took months or so for him to pay my cousin" Please see the attached documents*** moved in on April 1stSee attached copy of her lease*** *** ***, ***'s cousin, was supposed to send me a message with his address to send the checkSee attached image of our text message conversationHe messaged me on April 25th, inquiring about the paymentI told him that he never sent the addressHe apologized and sent me the addressI then mailed him a check the next daySee attached image of *** check dated April 26thThis check was deposited by *** *** ***, *** *** broker, around May 1stSo in reality, *** *** was paid within days, not months as claimed by *** ***. "one of the top realtors in the city of Cincinnati"*** *** claims his cousin is one of the top realtors in CincinnatiPlease see the attached list of the top realtors in CincinnatiHis cousin is not in the top 10, let alone a "top realtor". "My daughter went without heat off and on last winterHis contractor could provide proof on how many times he had to come out to work on the problemMy daughter had to purchase a space heater in order to have heat in the apartment" This is true AND false, and represents that we do not ignore maintenance issuesThe boiler did go out twice during the winterWe had a licensed HVAC technician respond within hours, on each occasionThe issues were addressed immediatelyResidents were without heat for a total of less than daysWe provided large space heaters, one for each apartmentNo resident, including *** ***, complained at the timeThey were appreciative of the prompt response by our maintenance personnel. Anything *** *** has said, has been at least an exaggeration, if not an outright lieHis claims at this point border on libelI expect the Revdex.com to review the provided documentation, proving that this man has not been truthfulI expect Revdex.com to then dismiss this complaint, and bring this issue to a closeAny further contact from *** *** to me, or the company, with be referred to our attorney for review. We dispute his dispute. It was a very small portion taken out. We have had previous issues with the father making false complaints about payments, specifically regarding a commission payment, which is atypical, we never pay commissions, we made an exception, we paid a $200 referral commission to cousin. This is very small portion of the deposit held for damage. The scuff marks we have pictures. If he wants to pursue options, he can take us to small claims. Even a year later, the father was saying we never paid his cousin and we had to show proof of deposited checks. They received 80% of the deposit, and $100 for repainting at least two walls. She must have parked her bike or had some furniture in there that caused the scuff marks. Shouldn't have to repaint after 12 months, paint is supposed to last 3-5 years for a rental apartment.

Hi to whomever this may concern,The complaint is valid and I give my dad permission to work with you on this issue and file this claim on my behalf since my dad talked to Jon O (the landlord) about getting the current deposit amount after it was already late.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
This guy continues to distort the facts. It took 8 months or so for him to pay my
cousin (one of the top realtors in the city of Cincinnati) the commission that
he agreed to. It was not about the money but the point that this guy agreed to
pay him. It took him a few months and many phone calls for him to return the
deposit for my daughter. I have pictures of the apartment as well so we could
get into a debate about pictures, but I am not going there. I just want my
daughters.
My daughter went without heat off and on last winter. His
contractor could provide proof on how many times he had to come out to work on
the problem. My daughter had to purchase a space heater in order to have heat
in the apartment. Needless to say that her electric bill went up do to this. We
never asked him for any money for her increase in her electric bills.
I would encourage the Revdex.com to check the files for this
landlord and some of the other businesses that he represents.
