To whom it may concern,The patient asked to be contacted by the office managerWe notified the pt that the manager was going to be out of the office until Tuesday 6/The manager has since returned and called twiceThe office manager's name is [redacted] and she left a message Tuesday afternoon and Wednesday morningAs of today, we have not received a return call from the pt.We would like to resolve the issue and ask the patient calls us so we can do whatever we canDue to HIPAA, we cannot go into their treatment but I can say that doctor's can have varying diagnosis and opinions on treatmentIf they prefer to be seen by one of our providers, we would be happy to accommodate that request based on the provider's availability working with their scheduleDr [redacted] works Tue, Wed, and ThurWe will try to contact the patient again this afternoon at the number provided by Revdex.com [redacted] Thank you

We regret Mr *** is unhappy but we stand by the work we performed in *** of 2017. Mr ***' first issue is comparing the proposed treatment plan vs the actual work doneThis is not uncommon as the referring doctor will prepare a treatment plan but the doctor doing the treatment will
reevaluate on the day of treatmentThe initial treatment plan on *** **th was done by Dr *** *** and was referred out to the treating doctor, Dr *** who performed the treatment *** **thDr *** could not obtain bitewing x-rays due to patient's willingness/behavior (which is not uncommon with young children)It appears Mr *** confusion about this started his doubts about the work done but again, it is not uncommon for treatment to change as such.Mr *** main issue though is the fact that his new provider is stating the fillings need to be redoneI have not spoken to *** *** Dentistry but I will assume their diagnosis is correctIn the months that have passed since we treated his year old son, ***, his teeth can certainly continue to develop further decayWe can't accept responsibility for furthering decay after we treated his son for the decay that was present at the time of treatmentIn addition, fillings are rarely permanent and usually require periodic replacementOn the consent form, that was initialed and signed, it clearly spells that out (I have included that)Mr *** came into our office upset that further work had to be redoneWe told him that we stand by our work; however, since he was so upset, we decided as a gesture of good will to refund him his cost of the work done in *** ($***)We thought this was generous and would hopefully put this matter to restIt appears it did not but we do not feel any further refund is necessary as we stand by the work that was done by our office and doctor
