The customer's flashlights were received as stated We examined the returned lights and found that both lights had damage due to batteries leaking inside the flashlight In fact, one light still had the corroded battery inside Damage from a leaking battery is not a
manufacturing defect nor a defect of materials and is not covered by our product warranty The corroded batteries damaged the circuit boards in the lights beyond repair An email was sent to the email address provided by the customer stating our findings We cannot control the customer's receipt or non-receipt of emails Occasionally emails from our customer service address are blocked by spam filters Unfortunately, we are unable to know when this occurs Subsequent emails from the customer were replied to also as we reply to all emails received We routinely clear out old emails but we will check to see if the latest email from the customer can be found and will reply again if it is available.We apologize for the delay in the customer receiving information about their flashlights
