February 1, [redacted] Revdex.com Serving Metro Washington DC and Eastern PennsylvaniaKStNW10th FloorWashington, DC 20005- Re: ID No.: [redacted] [redacted] This letter will serve as our response to the above complaint As you will find, the Complainant moved in on December 18th, Accordingly, we respectfully request you dismiss the complaint.Most recently, [redacted] called on January 5th, to submit a service request for the sprinkler hole in the living room ceilingOur maintenance tech Charles A [redacted] repaired the hole and covered it on January 6th, 2016.On January 12th, [redacted] called to submit a service request for his bath room door not locking and a clogged bathroom sink On January 12th, our maintenance tech, Charles A [redacted] fixed the door and unclogged the sink.On January 20th, [redacted] called to submit a service request for three stove burners, they were not workingOur maintenance tech Abdul S [redacted] replaced the burners on January 20th, 2016.On January 26th, [redacted] called to complain about a few service requests, he stated that he was not content with the work On January 26th, our service manager, Boyd T [redacted] and Charles A [redacted] (maintenance tech) met with [redacted] and fixed the service requests The replaced the large burner, repaired the sink stopper and the bathroom door As of January 26th, [redacted] signed the service request form and stated he was pleased with all the service requests.We anticipate the preceding timeline clarifies our position in this matter and brings ti to a close Consequently, we respectfully request the Complaint be dismissed Please let me know if I can be of any further information.Sincerely,Arista L***Community Director
