There's been numerous attempts to warranty this work with the reply from the customer and I quote was that he does not answer numbers he does not knowBoth of which have been documentedThe warranty is still available provided the service calls can be answered or returned in a timely mannerWe
cannot warranty work if the customer cannot answer the phone to establish a time to do the work.

I am rejecting this response because:This business’s response is completely falseFirst off, this shouldn't be considered "warranty work" since the job was not completed to specifications in the first placeAs for his claim that he has attempted to warranty the work, we have not seen these attemptsAs previously indicated, we’ve reached out approximately times via text, email, and phone, and we left messages during these attemptsOn Monday, February 5, 2018, (after over three weeks of trying to coordinate with him and waiting for him to no-show repeatedly), *** finally responded to a text and claimed he’d tried to call over the weekend, but got my voicemailHe did NOT leave a single message for me, and I did not miss any calls from his business number, which is the only number he used to correspond throughout the process prior to that dateI cannot answer every call that comes to my phone, and it’s accurate that when I’m busy, I don’t always answer numbers I don’t recognize, which I informed him ofHowever, I immediately responded to him via text on February 5, and to date, he has still made no attempts to follow upAgain, he has not called from his business number even once while we’ve attempted to get him to return after he received our money, and if he has called from a number other than his business number, he has not left any messagesI cannot return a call if I don’t receive a message and know it’s himAs previously indicated, he does not show up even when he schedules time to come fix the work (we’ve waited for him on six separate days that he did not show up), and now he’s misleading about attempting to reach usWe do not trust that he’ll follow through even if we do schedule yet another attempt to fix the work, nor do we believe he’s able to do the work to the specifications he agreed toThe attached pictures of the recent text exchange tell most of the story, and the attached pictures of the terrible work that's crumbling, cracking, and patchy colors tell the rest of the story
