River Trail Apartments: 1617 E Main St Puyallup, WA (22195495)

I filled out an application for River Trail Apartments. From what I was told I needed to give them a $400 deposit to hold the apartment IF WE WERE APPROVED! But we were not! Which is fine. Now when I spoke to Lacy who worked there she told me I would have my money NO LATER then Friday, that would of been 4 business days. Now here I am trying to move out of my current home, keep in mind I was depending on that $400 to move out of my current home. Here it is Friday and My money is no were near my hands. So my fiancé called Lacy today and of course she didn't return our phone call. So he called back an hour later, Kayla answers and starts to explain how it may take 2 weeks before we get our $400 deposit back! How is this even possible considering they were Not supposed to deposit our $400 till After we were approved?! So now here I am furious because I feel completely taken advantage of a lied too! I truly hope this gets addressed ASAP. I understand there's more important stuff going on but $400 to US is like $1,000.
