Review: River Valley Auction Co. Inc. represented by [redacted], picked up the contents of our estate at [redacted] in [redacted] in August of 2014 and placed them on consignment from us in its various auction sales during September and October. We are to receive 35% of the sale price on our items, and are supposed to receive payment within 45 days of the last sale. After several phone calls and emails attempting to ascertain the status of our payment, we finally received a "Detailed Consignor's Settlement Statement" on January [redacted], 2015 showing a final figure "due consignor" of $532.66. As of this date, March **, 2015, approximately 150 days since our goods were sold by River Valley Auction Company, we have still not received our payment, nor any reply to our repeated entreaties, even after warning of legal action. (We have the full email and phone record, upon request.)Desired Settlement: We would like to receive the payment due us, $532.66.

Review: the company placed items for auction on the [redacted] website that I had bid on and won

After the auction, the company failed to contact me with a winning invoice to pay for my won items.

Then on 12/*/14 I received a collection complaint from the company for non payment of the items.

When I contacted the company and told them that although I had not received an invoice for the items, I gladly gave them my credit card info to be charged immediately for the so called past due balance.

They refused to charge the credit card at first and continued to allow the complaint / dispute to continueDesired Settlement: I would like them to accept the payment of my card, release the complaint / dispute from my records and apologize for their rude service and unbusinesslike tactics in receiving payment
