River Valley Restoration

We would like to address the concerns stated above by this person. First of all, we never did any work for them. We gave them an estimate of $5500 not $6200 which they signed on November 5, 2019 that they approved the amount of the estimate. We told them it would take at least 2 weeks before we could start the job. Once we had the job scheduled we would meet with the customer and get a signed contract and collect a down payment. They were fine with that at the moment. At this point no money has exchanged hands nor any contract signed. On November 20th, Mrs. called my office manager and cancelled the job stating that since we can't do the job when they wanted it done that they wanted to cancel. At that point we marked the job as dead and took it off the schedule. Nothing was said that it was due to the weather. Now on March 5th, Mrs. called and texted several times asking us to put them back on the schedule and wanted us to do the work. Our sales representative very politely stated to them that we did not feel they were a good fit for our company and staled best of luck in your search for the right company. At that point, they have went on several platforms to degrade our company because they didn't like it.
