I hired Krevco to open my pool and all they did was take off the cover, push all dirt and debris into the pool and took off againThey didn't clean the pool and they didn't put chemicals in it.....what actually is part of the packageOne guy made me understand in a demeaning, very rude and disrespectful way, that cleaning and chemicals are none of their businessWhenever you try to call Krevco to speak to someone nobody ever answers the phone or calls back [redacted]

During the quoting and purchasing of our fireplace for our new home, I dealt with four different sales people, was given two different quotes that were about $apart, (first quote being cheaper)I can understand prices changing a little but that much? $of it was on the install alone it went from to 1200!! They also make you pay 100% up front before install, now I know why, because they never return your calls and you can't get a straight answer out of anyoneJust a headache dealing with krevcoI will never walk in their store again!!

We installed our pool in June and have had nothing but problems since We relied on Krevco experts to build out our system (including drainage, sump pump requirements etc.) as per standard requirements We had Krevco close the pool and open the pool since it was built One of our lights has not worked since the first year opening (spring 2014), and it still does not work to this day With our second year opening we were shocked to see our liner floating in the spring when the winter cover was removed Their only solution was to replace the liner at a cost of $8,000!! The problem is not with the liner but with the drainage system (that they built) and then they recommended we build another sump pit on the other side of the yard that is deeper Wow! a two year old pool and this is what we get The liner is sill all crinkled and we are forever running outside to put external sump pumps in the pit every time it rains for fear of our already compromised liner ending up on the top of the pool - even in the middle of the night!! Ridiculous! These are just two of our many problems with this pool It is unfortunate and sad We spent a lot of hard earned dollars for a backyard oasis - for this I have sent a final email to William the General Manager September 20, asking for someone to come and help us sort through this and have not received a response, and we do not expect to If we could do it all over again, we would take our business elsewhere

Bought a hot tub from Krevco that eventually stopped workingCalled them to fix it but after visits from them to fix it, it was still brokenEach time they came to "fix it" they would supposedly fix one issue and somehow notice another issue each visit that needed further "repairing" and more time and partsI complained to the manager but he said there was nothing they could do so I told him I'm not going to use them to repair it since they did nothing to fix it after almost a year of reschedulingHe said I would still have to pay the $bill in fees just for looking at it several timesWasted my time and money ***

My experience with Krevco was one of the worst experiences that I have had with a so-called "professional" business.
Not only do they not return calls when they explicitly tell you that they will return your call but the information that they give you when they do return your call is incorrect.
The price that I was given for fixing the issue with our spa pack actually was going to end up being twice the price. A lot of other money and time was spent preparing things on the basis that the price that was given initially was going to be the final price. The reason that I was given for the incorrect initial price was that it was a human error and was told that these things happen.
