We received your letter concerning our
services here at River Auto Sale LLC with our client Mr*** and his purchase of the Oldsmobile Silhouette on December 6th, Both parties signed a contract clearly stating that the deal was an As Warranty agreementAn As Warranty agreement states that the customer is responsible for all costs for any repairsThe dealer assumes no responsibilities for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the vehicle
That being said we at River Auto Sales LLC offered to do repair work for Mr*** at a discounted price through our in-house mechanicMr*** did agree to our repair services but is now refusing to pay $in repairs that had be done to the Oldsmobile Silhouette
Mr*** claims that his car was in very poor condition and indicates in his complaint that I, *** Rivera stated, "His (*** Rivera) response was that's how he buys the cars in the action that's how he sells them, he sells the car without fixing the first." We at Rivera Auto Sales LLC take pride in our business and do pre-screenings on ALL cars before they are placed for saleThis includes a general inspection and adjustment to the vehicle insuring its operation at peak efficiencyWe also do interior and exterior detailing of all our vehicles before being sold, including the vehicle purchased by Mr***
