just to say that ismael and his crew installed a new roof, raingutters and house leveling in and I am very please with his workif he needed to return for a touch up, he was right there within dayi am very pleased with his workismael, if you get this, this ia paul d*** at **SSN** and I would like to talk with younothing badthanks ismael

I am rejecting this response because: I  never complained about their language or had any reason to; I never expected the owner to do the work himself; and I have called numerous times and not received an answer to the number listed on his business card.  One time a friend of mine used his phone to call and got an immediate answer, but I cannot get him to call me.  My phone number is [redacted].  I currently am having trouble with my front door and can't open or close it without sounding like it is breaking something.  I would appreciate a response from him as I need to have my front door fixed.
