To Whom It May Concern,We received a copy of the complaint filed by Mr [redacted] The details of our communication directly with Mr [redacted] in order to resolve the matter are outlined below:Received email on 3/3/regarding issue with the swap of charges from one credit card to another in the amount of $I responded to Mr [redacted] on 3/5/informing him that the credit to his original card had been completed and the charge was placed correctly onto his new credit card per his requestI reccomened that he wait a few days for the credit to processHe responded to this email on 3/5/that he would look for this creditI received another email from Mr [redacted] on 3/7/indicating that he has still not received the credit and that he had not received any news from me since the complaintI then responded on 3/7/indicating that I had already responded to his first complaint about the credit and attached screen shots of the credit and confirmed that the credit passed through our credit processing systemI strongly recommended that he contact his financial institution to inquire if there was a credit hold or some other issueMr [redacted] responded on 3/8/that he still had no credit and he no longer had time to deal with the issueHe never confirmed whether he contacted his bank to confirm the creditI responded on 3/8/– apologizing for the issue but there was nothing else I could do for him at this point.We have followed all procedures involving the issuance of credits and making charges per company policyMy front desk agents are well trained and do not require more training in regards to this issue.We are considering this matter resolved and closed.Thank you,

I responded to Mr. [redacted] on 3/5/2018 informing him that the credit to his original card had been completed and the charge was placed correctly onto his new credit card per his request. I reccomened that he wait a few days for the credit to process. He responded to this email on 3/5/2018 that he would look for this credit. I received another email from Mr. [redacted] on 3/7/2018 indicating that he has still not received the credit and that he had not received any news from me since the complaint.
