This is a return to complaint regarding *** & *** ***This job was started on May 7, it was completed on May There was No complaints at all Job was paid in full on May Came Back to pick up some tools on the May *** even ask me to give
him an estimate to seal his driveway everything was fine So on May I text *** ask him about sealcoat job His text was that his wife was not happy with job So I text him back to talk and he did not answer or respond Then next time he text was on May say I had to come ove look at his basement about a leak! And I did go over as he requested and was greeted in a very bad manor *** was using bad & foul language and rake her foot and rubbing accross concrete job Saying it was rubbing off I tryed to tell her that sometimes a new job has a surface powder left to take a hose and wash it that would do it I could not talk to them all they did was laugh and *** was tell me how job was supposed to be done and tell me I did not use gravel or a concrete smoother I could not defend myself at all It rained the whole week I did the job and it was a rainy month with lots of rain Whats strange is *** did not complain untill job was done and rain was over about the leak in his basement hes claiming I did! The ***s have ruined my business name in there area plus they have harased me with calls & threats I have tryed to do my best to answer all there questions and have always responded to them My job was completed and done I will not refund any of my job money to them I'm sorry its not the way they like it I did just what they ask for At a good price even with bad weather I completed job It was alot of labor & materials' but I did it So I turned this over to my Business Insurance Regarding The ***'s claim about the leak in the basement They will do a full & thorough Investigation talk to Insurance June 15, last Wednesday They should be in contact with the ***s Thanks, Emelio R
