Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint As I mentioned in prior statement, payment of service was not denied arrangements for payment was made in accordance with contractWhich stated remainder of payment would be issued upon completion of jobDissatisfaction of job was never based upon pictures this was based on live video at residence on day of final walk throughI demanded corrections to be done to horrendous work for me to finalize paymentI emailed and my husband texted you and you never answeredWe feel money and time was wasted in this matterYou requested $to proceed with fixing the problem but original material needed was covered with percentage given up front just like contract states it is not our fault material was misused and ruined on your partI also purchased myself the paint for all rooms and that was also ruined It states in texasattorneygeneral.gov under Paying for the work: “Even with a reputable business and a sound written contract in place, you should not pay in full until the work is complete and you have inspected it yourself and found it satisfactoryFurther issues have developed in lack of job not properly doneI have had several contractors come in and give me estimates to correct the job poorly doneAll of them question the techniques used to correct the damageI question now myself if treatment of damaged walls were properly performedAs for the pictures, you have and sent to me, why is it that the blinds happened to be down? Were you trying to concealed the horrendous job performedI also have pictures, text messages and videos of the work done and statements of professionals that have evaluated the damage to my propertyI have before and after photos and videos upon request Regards,

I tried several times talking with the customer ***, and her husband regarding the work that was done at there house, I explained about the sheet rock and how it had came out! I was told by the client not to worry about itThat it was fine the way it was I also sent pictures as the work was being
done, it wasn't until the final payment was due, when ***, refused to pay me, due to the fact that her sister *** didn't like the way the work was done, I had agree to fix the sheet rock If *** would pay me for the service's that has been completed, and leave the balance for the sheet rock until it was done to her satisfaction, and she refused to pay***'s husband called me and told me he would be willing to pay me for the work that has been finished that was a total of $and would pay me the $when the sheet rock was redone to his wife *** and sister in law's satisfactionBut then after the husband had talked with his wife ***, he said that she was only willing to pay $that's when I told him then a Lien would be filed in his house, he told me to go ahead and file the lien, that they would leave the house as isSo if the $isn't paid within the days a Lien will be filed for the $for the work that was completed, an Invoice will be e-mailed to ***, as long as I receive the payment of $I will not file the lein, I have before and after pictures of the work that was done! I am intitled to get paid for the work that was completed of $
