We received the mail about *** complaint. We had fulfilled the order, and did respond in a very timely manner when he reached out via ***He did not call us, we are open 9-M-F with the phones/ voicemail onCalled today to find out reason for complaint, offered free replacement
(this is easy for us to do) and expedited shipping so we could track this one. He agreed that was a good solution and admitted to have never called us when I told him we were here to answer the phone/help customers daily This is the first time we have had such a complaint. I asked the customer to check with the post office as sometimes they will hold the mail due to size, and agreed to send out a new one at no charge. He was friendly and agreed to withdraw complaintAttached is my message to him, the day he inquired ( you can see his message on one of our company's *** ads (not the best spot to ask about your order) but I did check the order and reply the same day 4/27His complaint looks like it occurred 4/28? however he never calledHis trailer is registered, and the plate has been cancelled and a new one re sent to him with tracking.Thank you,***
