I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  
As I mentioned in prior statement, payment of service was not denied arrangements for payment was made in accordance with contract. Which stated remainder of payment would be issued upon completion of job. Dissatisfaction of job was never based upon pictures this was based on live video at residence on day of final walk through. I demanded corrections to be done to horrendous work for me to finalize payment. I emailed and my husband texted you and you never answered. We feel money and time was wasted in this matter. You requested $1500 to proceed with fixing the problem but original material needed was covered with percentage given up front just like contract states it is not our fault material was misused and ruined on your part. I also purchased myself the paint for all rooms and that was also ruined.  It states in texasattorneygeneral.gov under Paying for the work: “Even with a reputable business and a sound written contract in place, you should not pay in full until the work is complete and you have inspected it yourself and found it satisfactory. Further issues have developed in lack of job not properly done. I have had several contractors come in and give me estimates to correct the job poorly done. All of them question the techniques used to correct the damage. I question now myself if treatment of damaged walls were properly performed. As for the pictures, you have and sent to me, why is it that the blinds happened to be down? Were you trying to concealed the horrendous job performed. I also have pictures, text messages and videos of the work done and statements of professionals that have evaluated the damage to my property. I have before and after photos and videos upon request.
