Provide Date of purchases with the receipt and I never deny refunds within the 2 week return policy. If you had a problem why didn't you call us and return items????
Review: Purchased parts for a WWII Collector grade firearm and the Company sold the parts as authentic 1943 parts. An expert looked at the parts and said they were Reproductions and not authentic and are worth nothing. I spent several hundred dollars for worthless pieces of metal and they will not issue a refund.Desired Settlement: I want a refund for the parts and if they wont I want it known that Riverbank Armory sells fake parts and people should not waste they time or money there.
