They will screw you over every chance they get

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: it's still not resolved, some lady called me saying she's in charge and that we should meet up this past Monday at 8:30am, I was at the front door at 8:30am and no one was there I waited for mins and no one showed up and also I've been for the past months pleading with the complex to fix my bathroom which they painted with cheap paint when I moved in, every time I washed the bath the paint peel off, there little ants every where and roaches, they still haven't sent a pest control company out yetI am going to have to move out at the end of the month even though I still have one more month on my lease, I'm fed up with all there extra charges for nothing and they can't even maintain their propertyIt's companies like this that treats really good tenants like me bad that destroys the reputation of most apartment homesThey tend to change their staff almost every other month, so if you have an issue that you address with one staff and it's not resolved another staff comes in and acts like they don't know you had an issue beforeI need my $back because I think it's a scam that they are using claiming it's water bill, when I clearly paid the water bill before Regards, [redacted] ***

Re: Case [redacted] After sending the previous letter to The Revdex.com, Ms [redacted] returned my callShe had some concerns on the water billing systemTo make it as easy as possible$o understand, I combined the ledger from [redacted] with her resident ledgerShe still did not feel that this ledger adequately reflected her paymentsAs a result scheduled to meet with her to review this information and to review her payment scheduleI confirmed with Ms [redacted] that we would meet at the office at 8:am Monday morningThe manager and I waited at the office until 10:amMs [redacted] never showed; I would have loved to meet with her so we could have laid her concerns to restI am still open to try again The other two items on the most recent complaint were not brought to my attention previously, The manager has scheduled the bathtub to be resurfaced on Saturday, April 21stMs [redacted] will be bringing in a key to the office on Thursday, April 19th , Pest control treated her apartment on April- 13th , Pest control be back.out to inspect her apartment on -April 26th We feel we have done everything in our power to resolve all of Ms [redacted] 's concernsMs [redacted] 's Lease Contract does not expire until June 30th, (A copy of the front page of the lease is attached)However, it is important that our residents are happyShould Ms, [redacted] decide she would still like to move out we will let her out of her lease with a written notice of her intent to move out with the actual date of move out delivered to the officeIt is our hope she will decide to stay at Riverbend Apartments and work with us to find on amiable solution.Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Wouldnt give them any stars if it was a optionWorst place to ever move esp with new management which is horrible, disrespectful, rude, and VERY UNPROFFESIONALthey bother youyou always have a note in your door from the office about some bsThey have a lot of inspectionsThey go into your home without you being there They even just unlocked my friends door and walked in while she was home without knockingThis place is roach infected THROUGHOUT and they try to blame the tentantsThey then only spray once a month and one time I stayed home while they sprayed they literally walked in the kitchen sprayed one spray in the middle of the kitchen and said ok thank you !There's always plumbing issuescurrently all black stuff has been coming up my kitchen sink and all they have been able to say is no maintence is in the building this has been going on for two days straight now(will prob continue throughout the weekend) and they still have no answer as to when it will be fixedIt's even made my apartment smellThey use to have a program where u live here for a year and get your section voucher they lost that program due to the building maintence and well beingThis place is trash I wouldn't recommend the roaches even move in this trapand they try to charge you for everythingWhen the property or unit you move in wasn't even fixed or cleanI still have a ceiling full of spots in my bathroom from the previous renters putting out there cigs They said they would fix it and never did!! Under my sink border was ripped off they still haven't fixed tht either moral of the story DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Beware

[redacted] was charged for carpet strain removal due to several
spots throughout the apartment $45.00. According to the lease agreement Section
"When Moving Out" section 41 regarding deduction it states:
41. DEDUCTIONS
and other charges. Upon move out you'll be liable for the following charges, if
applicable: unpaid rent, unpaid utilities, unreimbursed. service charges,
repairs or damages caused by negligence, carelessness, accident, or abuse,
including stickers, scratches, tears, burns, stains, or unapproved holes,
replacement cost of our property that was in or attached to the apartment and
is missing; replacing dead or missing smoke-detectors batteries; charges for
repairs or cleaning, trips to let in company representatives to remove
telephone or TV cable services or rental items, trips to the apartment when you
or a any guest or occupants is
missing a key, unretuned keys; missing or burned-out light bulbs.
The charges have
been deducted from the deposit. As stated in the lease, we are permitted to
deduct for the stains and other charges stated in the move out statement.
