Returned a dog we purchased Nov. 6 and now the seller has changed the agreement.Nov. 6th we purchased a dog from [redacted] of Riverbin Kennels for $1000.00. We have a contract that states a vet check is required within 7 days to detect health issue, which we did and the dog was healthy. My wife had contacted Ms. [redacted] about a possible behavorial problem and decided to get the opinion of a trainer that told us it shouldnt be an issue. After only 4 days of having the dog my wife became ill with some serious issues. The dog seemed to add to her health issues mentally. At this time I contacted Ms. [redacted] and explained the crisis. We felt it would be better for the dog since he had only been with us for 4 days that he go back to Ms. [redacted] were he had spent the first 9 weeks of his life. She had to go out of town when we got him so we thought to the dog it'd just be as if we had kept him while she was away. She agreed to make an acception and take the dog back. She stated that she would try to sale him for us and then contact us about the money. I told her to feel free to use us as a reference so that we could try to do our part to help her. We took his vet record, toy and food we had left and returned him. We were very greatful that she agreed to make this acception for us during this difficult time. Today it had been over a week so I decided to call and touch base with Ms. [redacted]. To my surprise and dismay she had changed her entire story and plan. She stated that she didnt even have the dog in her care as he was at a trainer for 2 weeks because of the behavorial problem we had mentioned. I ask for the name of the trainer so I could verify that the dog was actually there but she wouldnt release that info. She stated that she never told me that she'd sell him for us or give us any type of refund? She said when she gets him back from the trainer she would do an itemized bill and deducted everything she's paid for and IF any money was left she would send it. We never agreed to any of this nor was it mentioned to us. She kept telling us she's not a [redacted] and has been extremely rude. We even ask for her to keep $500.00 of the money to cover her trouble. She still refuses to even do that. She kept telling me that I need to speak with my wife and the conversation she and my wife had about the behavorial issue? My wife hasn't spoken with Ms. [redacted] except about the possible behavorial issue that turned out not to be a problem at all. I have taken care of all the communication since then and the return of the dog, as I have tried to express my wifes illness to Ms. [redacted]. So at this point we are out of $1000.00, a vet bill, a trainers consult, an extreme amount of mental anquish not to mention this has sent my wifes health into an uproar. And she has the dog! We only want whats fair and felt this was in the best interest of us and the dog which should be a huge priority for any reputable breeder. It is virtually impossible to reasonable communicate with Ms. [redacted]. We did notifiy her that we were seeking legal counsel sense we can't seem to communicate with her. At that point she becomes very condescending and starts accusing you of threatening her? This has been a horrific experience for us and I'm sure Ms. [redacted] as well. I need this resolve so I can focus on our issues here.Desired SettlementI would like a refund of $1000.00 which is what I paid for the dog. Business Response I spoke to [redacted] about a puppy. She picked the pup she wanted and paid a $200.00deposit through [redacted]. [redacted] and I agreed on a meeting place and time for her to get her puppy. [redacted] is the one that I pointed out what she would be getting as far as paperwork, medical, and Guarantee. [redacted] is the one that called me after she hadthe pup and told me she did not want the pup, she said it was not about the money she just wanted the pup gone. She stated she did not want any money back. She threaten me that if I did not come and get the pup she would getan attorney and sue me. [redacted] is the one that signed the contract. The first time I hada conversation with the husband was after I agreed to take the puppy back and try to re home it. At that point [redacted] told me" My wife has BEEN sick, we thought getting this puppy would help, but it is just too much for her, it is adding stress to her life, please take it back." I hadagreed to do this and met [redacted] the following Monday, I took the pup, he told me he was sorrythat the pup did not work out for his wife. My meeting with [redacted] was very short, I took the pup and did tell [redacted] " It will be hard to re home a pup, especially since his wife had said the pup had issues". [redacted] told me the pup was perfect, there was no issues with the pup, it wasjust that his wife was sick. I got in my car and [redacted] called me and said if anyone had any questions about the pup he would be happy to talk to them. I thanked him. When [redacted] wanted the pup, I put everything in writing, deposit procedure, total price, where we would meet for her to get the pup, medical, and a written contract that she signed. The contract clearly states that she has seven days to take the pup to the vet, if the pup is not healthy, the vet should put this in writing and I should be contacted immediately. If this happens I will replace the pup with a pup of equal quality. I do not give money back to anyone that buys a pup and decides they do not want it. This is written on my web site on the request page, this is the page people go to when they are going to place a deposit, or when they are requesting a puppy. [redacted] called me a week later to see if I had sold the pup and he could get his money back. I told him he needed to talk to his wife, she is the one that signed the contract and she is the one that told me to take the pup she did not want any money back she just wanted the pup gone. I honored my contract. I delivered [redacted] a beautiful pup that she said was exactly what she wanted. [redacted] does not know what his wife told me.... she threatened me, she called me over and over making threats. Revdex.com is being used as part of fulfilling the threat. [redacted] contacted [redacted] who put a hold on the 200.00 deposit. They reviewed the case and within minutes closed the case and placed the money back in my account. [redacted] has threaten to seek legal action. I do everything on paper, its in writing so that people will not come back later and want something that was not agreed to. If I was going to "make a deal" with [redacted] it would have been in writing. My contract is in writing, I have it posted on my web site that if I have to help with a pup that is not wanted, I will do this but I will not refund any money.[redacted] put in writing to [redacted] that if I did not give him his money back, he would contact Revdex.com and legal.I get so tired of Revdex.com being used as a tool to threaten someone that if you don't give me money I will contact Revdex.com. I really don't think this is the purpose of Revdex.com. I told [redacted] go ahead andcontact legal, just like I told [redacted], and to be sure and take a copy of the signed contract with them. The problem here is there is NO communication between what [redacted] told me and what [redacted] wants. My contract is not with [redacted], it is with [redacted]. If you would like a copy of the contract I will be happy to provide it to you and you can visit what is posted on my web siteabout money being returned. Click the link below to view what is posted. [redacted] told me the pup bit her . [redacted] said the pup did not and was perfect. Before I can place the pup in a new home, as a responsible breeder I have to have the pup evaluated to assure the pup does not have any issues. I do not think [redacted] was telling the truth, I do not think the pup bit her, but she did say it so I have to address it. The pup is at a trainer for this reason. Whatever the sickness is with [redacted], she had it before she purchased the pup, but no one told me. Now [redacted] is trying to use this sickness to his advantage. He has also had people calling my home offering to buy the pup if I would just sell it to them right now.... I have been told a lot of lies, and I have been harassed, I have been threatened. To threaten someone that if they do not give you money, they will try to ruin you via. Revdex.com, and online is extortion which is against the law. Consumer Response I don't even know where to begin. I am aware of my wife's phone convo with you as I was on the phone as well. My wife never made an agreement with you to take the dog back, I did. As for people calling to buy the dog please take that seriously Ms. [redacted] because we have nothing to do with that and want to help you sell him. Please know that we are in no way threatening you and tried to solve this directly with you. Any times but could not communicate with you and that's theonly reason we are going through the Revdex.com. We are using it as a communication tool. The [redacted] part is correct and they decided against that because it was a non refundable deposit and I also agree with that decision. But common sense should tell you that Ms. [redacted]t did tell me that a refund would be giving after she sold the dog. If I was going to give a $1000.00 dog away it would be to a complete stranger. I would agree on a half refund of $500.00 if you would agree? That would compensate you and you have our dog to resale. I by no means wish to tarnish your business or reputation. I know this can be resolved. I'm am very willing for any options you would like to give. I realize you don't know us but to cause you a problem was never our intentions and are very sorry that this has occurred. Some of your information above just isn't true Ms. [redacted]t. Final Business Response [redacted] did tell me he had someone call me because he wanted to see if I had sold the pup. But we could do the he said she said all day and get nowhere.Again, I don't even know why [redacted] is making this complaint. [redacted] contacted me abouta puppy, [redacted] picked out the pup she wanted, [redacted] placed a deposit on the puppy, [redacted] and I decided on a time and place for her to meet the puppy, [redacted] agreed the puppy was everything she wanted, sweet, Beautiful, and healthy. [redacted] paid me for the puppy, then[redacted] was the one that called me and said she did not want the puppy, [redacted] is the onethat said she wanted it out of her house, [redacted] is the one that said it was not about the money she did not want any money back, [redacted] is the one that said if I did not take the puppy back she would contact an attorney.... yet [redacted] is the one making the complaint. As a business I did everything a business can do, everything I agreed to I put in writing, and both parties signed this agreement, contract. I delivered everything that I agreed to. I did everything right by the book the way I am suppose to .... the breakdown is between [redacted] and [redacted]. [redacted] does not want what his wife agreed to. I put everything in writing to prevent misunderstandings about who is responsible for what.No dogs other than mine are allowed on my property, I do this to control any type of virus orbacteria. I do this to assure people getting a pup from me is free from any sickness that cancome from other sick animals. My puppies are isolated from other dogs and people other than myself. When I picked up the puppy, I could not bring it back to my house, and put it in with my other puppies. It has been to a vet where every animal with a virus or bacteria in the community goes to be treated. The puppy had to go to a trainer based on the information [redacted] gave me. I do not believe she told me the truth, [redacted] said the pup was perfect, but since she said the pup has issues I have to address them before I can re home the puppy. I have an agreed price for boarding and training (evaluating) the pup of $35.00 per day for 14 days. I spent 6 hours driving the pup at 15.00 per hr. and gas of 65.00. The pup had to have his Bordetella vaccine (kennel cough) before he could go to a public boarding kennel, shot and office visit 94.00. He will need another vaccine before he leaves. Two hours spent writing to Revdex.com at 15.00 per hr. When you add all of this up you are already over 800.00....if [redacted] wants an itemized statement of charges he can see it will cost me a lot of money to re home this puppy. This is why I do not give money back on a return, its not as simple as walking into a department store and returning a product. The reason I agree to take the pup back is to prevent it from going to a shelter, its not to make a big profit. [redacted] decided this was the puppy she wanted. I drew up a contract which we both agreed to and signed. [redacted] decided it was not the puppy she wanted and she wanted me to take it back, she could have sold the pup if it was a money issue with her. I did everything I said I would do, I put it in writing and she and I signed it. Its a legal binding contract. [redacted] is the one that wants money back, but he did not sign the contract and I have clearly explained where the money for this pup has gone. I will place this pup in a good home with full exposure of its background. [redacted] wants me to spend my money because his wife changed her mind about a pup that she purchased and took home then just wanted it gone. [redacted] told me his wife is sick, they thought getting this puppy would be good for her but its just too much of a strain on her mentally. Unknowing to me she was sick before she got the pup, if [redacted] was truly listening to all of these conversations he should have stepped in an told me the truth which would have avoided all of this for [redacted], [redacted], Me and the pup. You do notice the person that signed the contract has not said a word ... its because she knows I am telling the truth. As the Revdex.comI would think you want contracts, fulfilled and honored. The people you want to expose as bad are the people that do not honor contracts and rip people off. For 30 years I have sold both Puppies and Kittens and hold a rating of A+. I have a written contract and I honor it. This problem should be between [redacted] and [redacted]. Please close this case with the understanding that I did draw up a contract, it is signed by both parties. I fulfilled the contract. I have taken the pup back and spend my time and money to assure it will end up in a good forever home. .

Complaint2/25/14 sold me a cat said it was in good health and not the cat she send picture of not the cat she sended picture of and the cat had to go to vet less than 12 hours later eyes conjunctivitis, inflamed gums under weight, has a intestinal parasites called giardia I paid 250.00 on 2/25 2014 and 2/26/2014 paid [redacted] Hospital 265.97 Desired SettlementI want my money back of 250.00 because she said the cat was in good health and is not I have paid 265.97 to the vet and it has to go back he is very sisk Business Response I called the vet this kitten was taken to. The vet said the customer refused to allow any information to me. They purchased a kitten for 250.00 with the knowledge it needed a bath and grooming. The vet did say most of the money spent was for grooming not sickness. This person has threaten that if I do not give all of her money back, she will contact Revdex.com and many other places to try to ruin my business. She wants move money back than she paid for the kitten, she cussed me out on the phone and I am not allowed to even know what is wrong with the kitten. I offered to take the kitten back and refund her purchase price. She wants the kitten and all her money back and I am not even allowed to speak to the vet ??? She did not want to spend any money to begin with, She has the kitten in the picture. She signed a contract stating I am not responsible for vet bills on her kitten but says she does not care about the contract. I think when the kitten arrived at her house it was scared and got an upset stomach they took it to the vet and told them to go ahead and clip the hair and was shocked at the price the vet charged. They also had the vet do the rabies shots and more vaccines, Most of their bill was for vaccines, clipping hair, and office visit, the upset stomach was only about 30.00 of the bill and this is why they do not want me to talk to the vet. The treating for a parasite was by symptoms not a test. This kitten was with 2 other kittens and they checked out perfect in their new homes. If this customer wants to return the kitten and receive a refund for the price paid they are welcome, but to ask to keep the kitten and me pay all the vet bills is not acceptable especially when I am not allowed to speak to the vet. Revdex.com is just one step this customer is using to try to make me give them money or they will ruin my business. I have been more than fair with these people... the kitten was 650. but because it needed grooming and they said it was a present for their mom and they didn't have any money I reduced the price to 250 now they want to keep the kitten and me pay them all the money ... this is not even a reasonable request. She is posting bad reviews online to try to force me to pay her ... I am ready to start legal action to try to get this under control. You ask then to let you see the bill and what was done. You determine if the money they paid the vet was from sickness or grooming and vaccines, they will not allow me to see it. I have raised kittens for 30 years and have a A+ rating with Revdex.com ... I am more than fair with my customers but I refuse to allow them to cuss me out and use Revdex.com to threaten me into giving money back. I reduced the price of the kitten, I drove an hour to meet them with the kitten, I was honest and fair with them. The kitten was a little older, they said it cried all night and was very upset. They made the decision to take it to the vet, they made the decision to have the vet groom it and give it all the vaccines but they do not want to be responsible for their decisions, they want me to. If they will return the kitten to me they can have the money back they paid for it.
