of payment towards the end of the show. Many of our waitstaff collect ID's from customers who do not pay with a credit card, only to ensure they don't have a walked tab. If a customer doesn't want to leave his or her credit card or ID to open a tab, we then resort to a "Cash and Carry” protocol, meaning you and your guests would pay for each round/order as it is dropped at your table. Unfortunately, walk-outs do happen, and the waitperson is responsible for collection of all tabs at the end of the night.Again, you have our apology that this process wasn't properly explained prior to the start of your tab.
