I have called 4 times in the past 3 months in a row for an AC filter change in my apartment and I have yet to receive a new filter. Today I spoke with Sybil(not sure if name is spelled correctly), she said she would send someone right over to leave it outside my door. I called at 11:31AM, still NO FILTER at 2:13PM!!!!!!! I need to speak with someone from the corporate office because if I can not get something as minor as an ac filter, I'm pretty sure there are others living here with bigger unresolved issues.
Air filter was brought to resident's front door right after 5 pm on 8/27/2020 by our leasing agent. Filter was received by tenant.
A filter was given to me after I called asking what do I have to do to get a filter since I haven't received yet!!! It shouldn't have taken months for me to receive one first of all!!!!! It should be changed without me having to call and ask for it to be changed. I shouldn't have to call the business office screaming through the phone for anything!!!!! I have left voice messages asking for the filter. The times that I did speak with someone, they never knew anything about my request, it was like requesting it for the first time each time I had called.
