To whom it may concern;
I'm responding to the letter I received from the Revdex.com about an incident that happened on 10/21/The customer purchased a dress from my online store she received her invoice promptly and paid, I shipped the product
to herShe emailed back that the dress did not fit and she wanted to return it,I told her she can return it credit to our storeShe wanted a pair of leggings for credit but we do not issue the credit until we have the product back in our hands, but she sent me a tracking # so I put the leggings in the mail to herA couple of days later the dress arrived, I could tell it had been worn,it smelled of deodorant and perfume, the armholes had deodorant stains on them and the tag was missingI informed her of our return policy which is clearly stated in our online store

She blames me for her not reading the policy, she claims the tags were not on the dress when it arrived, I told her if that were true she should have contacted me immediately but never once did she mention the tags were missingWe cannot resale the dress, her option was to pay for return shipping to get the dress backIt may have been an honest mistake on her part but we must stick to our rules or we would be taken advantage ofAfter some consideration, I decided to send the dress back to her at my cost and of course she kept the leggingsThis was before I received this letter that she has turned me in to the Revdex.com which is very disappointingI feel it is the customer's responsibility to read all the rules and policies
