As his email confirms he came out the first time and as soon as it rained we called him backIn less than months every time it rained , we called him back a total of times, each time the leak got worse. My tenants can confirm this. Simple math proves he came back every weekThat's when I had had enough, and called the other roofer who found the leaks and fix the problem.

As his email confirms he came out the first time and as soon as it rained we called him back. In less than 2 months every time it rained , we called him back a total of 7 times, each time the leak got worse. My tenants can confirm this. Simple math proves he came back every week. That's when I had had enough, and called the other roofer who found the 2 leaks and fix the problem.

Revdex.com spoke with the business regarding this case. This customer contacted the business for a leak in his roof. In December 2015 the business came out to the home and repaired a leak and was presented with a bill for $549.89. It was over a month later the customer contacted the business for a leak in...

a different location on the roof. This service also had a bill due since it was a different leak in a different area. This bill has not been paid by the customer as this time either. The business recommended a new roof during the jobs that were done for this customer due to the condition of the roof. At this time the work requested by the business has been completed and the customer has not paid for work contracted. The next step in the business’s process to collect this pass due bill would be to turn this matter over to their attorneys.

Review: I hired River City Roofing to stop a leak in my roof. They accessed the problem around the end of December of 2015.Sent worker to do patch work early January 2016. After first rain leak was still there.A week or so later they came back to try again. Next rain, leak was still there. This went on for 3 more comebacks. Leak was now much worse, now leaking from 4 places, Its now the end of Febuary.

I told them I thought they had misdiagnosed the problem, they said NO we didn`t.Now they tell me I needed a whole new roof. Thats when I called [redacted]. [redacted] shows up, he blows all the water off the roof, and after about half hour he comes down and says, my leaks are from the drain pipe abov emy 2nd floor window. The wood inside is rotted out so the rain is running down inside of the bldg. He also says leak # 2 is along the top edge of 2 foot wall that runs around 3 sides of the roof. The side edging had pulled away from the top of the wall. For 300.00 he could fix the leaks or for 600.00 more he could give me half a new roof as the East half was fine. The west side along the edge had become a little soft. I went for the 900.00 fix and been leak free ever since. In the 2 month it took River City to not fix the roof we sustained water damage to 3 different areas.Desired Settlement: I dont feel I owe anything to River City Roofing as they only made matters worse. My upstairs tenants will swear to that. I`ll fix and repaint all damaged areas myself and we can call it even.
