As the owner of Notary Association of Texas, Inc., which processes hundreds of Texas applications with the state each month there is a thorough process we take to ensure that our customer applications do not get rejected which causes unnecessary delays First our normal processing time runs approximately 4-weeks from the time the payment clears our bank Due to this being a notary surety bond and the premium must be paid in full first Our Notary Renewal Texas applications our mailed out to our customers (5) months in advance of expiration due to our time frame for processing We like to give our customers the opportunity to forward these applications to us to avoid any possible delays Our company check to fund our client account was sent via FED EX on 07/12/to the department for processing Which is causing a minor delay in this customers application from being processed As of yesterday 07/19/we are still waiting for our funds to be deposited into our client account, this causes us not to be able to process applications Once the funds our deposited into our client account it takes approximately a week for the department to get them commissioned and the certificates emailed to the customers Applications are filed electronically only when the funds have been deposited into our client account that is the reason why the state has no record of the application yet A refund request was initiated and a refund check will be issued within the week for $ As a Revdex.com accredited business that has offered a notary program for notaries since 1940, we take pride in ourselves in error free application processing with the state including providing a official stamp seal to make absolutely sure that our notaries are in total compliance with all notary laws before they begin notarizing Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to explain in detail on how we process hundreds of notaries each month

As the owner of Notary Association of Texas, IncI have reviewed the complaint that was submitted on 06/16/and assigned an ID of *** First I would like to apologize in regards to our toll free (800) number and being disconnected and or removed from the inbound call queue I
have put in a service ticket with our phone carrier to look into this matter due to the fact we receive hundreds of calls each day As for the customers notary commission, we had experienced some technical difficulties with the electronic filing batching system with the state This has been resolved. Randi Lynn Gibson has been properly commission by the State of Texas as of 06/16/ The Official stamp seal was ordered with our manufacture on 06/17/16.
