Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [When I spoke to the business owner I told her she shrunk and lost my clothing, but she would not in ANY way whatsoever address my actual complaintsInstead, she would only emphasize the amount of days between when they did my laundry (4/*) and when I complained (4/**)The amount of time that passed was the one and only thing she was willing to talk aboutWhen I tried very hard to get her to address the fact that my clothing was returned shrunken beyond use and important pieces were missing, she became belligerent, raising her voice and insisting nothing was wrongIt was impossible to get her to address my complaint for even a single moment, she could only shout dates at meHonestly it seemed like she was hoping that because I took a couple of weeks to complain that the timing would deflect her responsibilityWell I travel for work for a living to support my two small children and my husband, and I was out of town for much of the time between 4/*--4/**It took me until 4/ [redacted] to completely empty out the bag, and to discover the missing and damaged itemsI don't think that should mean that she is not responsible as a business owner for damage done by her business In regards to her offer for me to come talk to her in person, she only "offered" that after a very long process of fighting her to please just address my concern for even one momentShe would not in any way take any responsibility and it was obvious that having the same conversation with her in person would not be productiveIn addition, I am not only working but am also a full-time graduate student with two very small childrenAs simple as it may seem to walk on over to her business to talk with her, I am currently in the middle of final exams and on a rigid schedule for the next few weeksMy time is limited and more than that, if I felt that she was willing to address my complaint AT ALL, I would have been happy to go there and speak with herInstead, once again, she just kept shouting and repeating that she did nothing wrong, everything was fineFrankly, she was nasty to meIf you go to her [redacted] reviews and you'll see others have complained about the exact same thing, word for wordI'm not making it upYou can't just lose someone's clothing and shrink it and not be held accountableYou don't just answer a customer's call and shout at them deflecting responsibilityThis woman was in no way reasonable or even talking to meI had to fight to get even a word in over her aggressive shouting "We return everything! You get everything! We don't shrink it ok!!" If this is her response to a legitimate complaint, how else am I supposed to proceed with out a mediator like the Revdex.comYou can't just ruin people's clothing and lose itI work hard to support my family and it's not okay In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]
