RIVERGATE NAILS

My first and last time at this nail shop. My pedicure was terrible. No massaging my feet nor legs; no hot towels etc. When I got ready to pay I gave my Amer Exp card and was told we don't take that next the lady says you have money? I thought she was asking but then the guy says " I see you have lot of money in wallet." I told him "do not look in my wallet. I'm paying with credit!" I then hand her my visa debit card and she says "we never see this card, visa debit? just give us cash!" I said "NO, the sign says you take credit so I'm paying with it. You can't tell me what to pay you with as long as I pay you." They are standing, looking and she's just holding my card. I told her "run my card so I can leave! The service was terrible and I will NEVER be back." She then runs my card as they are talking in their language. I will NOT be going back in this shop! She also got the guys tip reduced. He didn't deserve anything but I left $3 because I'm just that nice! Don't go to this place!
