Selling the house I inherited to Riverhouse Investments was easy and hassle-free. Rob accommodated my time schedule. He answered my questions and explained how he priced the house. Closing was simple and quick. I was able to donate the items I couldn't clear out of the house to a designated charities. The staff photographed each box of donated items and sent me the digital photos for documentation. In addition, staff moved some furniture to a storage unit for me. They, like Rob and his office manager, were courteous and prompt. It couldn't have been easier, and I felt respected in the process. Selling to Riverhouse Investments was a positive experience for me.

I recently had to sell a house and I dealt with Riverhouse Investments, specifically Rob [redacted]. The process went very quickly and he offered me a fair price for the house. I am a real estate appraiser so I am very well aware of what the property should have been sold for.
The deal went quickly and we closed within 7 business days.
It was a please working with Rob and his staff- I basically signed the offer to purchase and his company did the rest. Note: I have an attorney in my family and he reviewed the documents and said that they were fine and no changes were necessary.
