Horrible people working for this company. My car was targeted because it had NC plates and a car topper. We parked in a lot in which signs were obstructed by overgrown shrubs/trees. The manager at McDonald's called the manager to report this to which he replied that it didn't matter and my friend and I had to pay anyway. When I called he was rude and accused me (a woman) of threatening him when I told him that he was going to be sued. My girls night out was ruined when I then had to uber from Blacksburg where I felt safe to a clearly unsafe neighborhood to get my car (not at the address the man on the phone gave me). Upon arriving I noticed that the license hanging behind the man in the shed was expired, I asked if I could take a picture of his bulletin board on the wall. When he asked why, I told him that I wanted it as evidence that he had an expired license. He told me that I couldn't take a picture because he was in the building and he didn't want his picture taken. I asked him to step out and he said no. I reported this to the county police as I believe I am owed my money back having been towed by a business without a license. Never have I been treated so rudely. We even had pictures of the lot in which we parked clearly showing no sign, but he wasn't even willing to look at them. Terrifying experience. So disappointed that people like this exist. I am a mother with two children. Would be horrified if either turned out like this man or any of his employees.
