Dear Ms. [redacted]:I have been communicating with Ms. [redacted] (and/or her former roommates) regarding their former residency at River Lofts at Tobacco Row apartment community. For your convenience, J have enclosed the prior correspondence that explains my client's position. Put simply, Ms. [redacted] did...

not end her automatic payments that she set up. At the end of her tenancy, a payment was received by my client in the amount of$600 and was applied to her account ledger. When the apartment was inspected by management at move-out substantial damages w·ere noted to the carpeting and billed. The $600 payment received was applied to the account and a refund of the remaining monies on hand was issued to all residents on the lease. There was no unlawful conduct by the apartment community. This was an error on her end that she would like my client to reverse many months later. However, if we were to provide her a refund of $600, the account would end up with a balance owed. This is something that Ms. [redacted] should have handled directly with her banking institution when the automatic withdrawal occurred.Please let me know if there is any additional information that you may need.
