Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Not all the issues were resolved I have proof that at least one more transaction that was overdrafted was not resolved And that caused all of my others that shouldn't have been which caused two of my automatic payments not to go through And they need to make this right it isn't the first time they have done this And they are on a different program then what customers see on their personal computers And QUIT calling the customers liars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Sincerely, [redacted]

We talked with the members on 12/9/and resolved all issuesWe also agreed upon a refund of the fees in question

Member had discussion with Mortgage Manager on 1/5/2016. All salient points were discussed including policies & procedures along with our notes as to all the communication we have had with member dating back to March 2014. We consider this complaint settled.

I wanted to follow-up on a complaint we received from you on 11/16 with regard to a personal loan application that you submitted online. There are specific reasons where we can request an inquiry to be removed from a credit report. Your request does not fit one of those...

standard reason codes. However, we are submitting an exception request with the credit bureau (Equifax) and will keep you posted.
