Rivermist Pools quit responding to requests for repair of a sheer descent feature on an inground swimming pool they completed in March of this year In February 2016, Rivermist Pools started construction on a gunite swimming pool at my home, and the project was completed the following month I sent the final check by mail on March 30, 2016, along with a list of issues and repairs that had not been resolved Multiple text messages have resulted in all requested repairs being done, except replacement of the sheer descent feature, which was initially damaged by Rivermist staff All communication has been with the owner, [redacted] and the last text was sent on July 18, 2016, requesting a date that the repair would be done To this he responded by sending my own contact information to me (??) Additionally, I agreed to try a new brand of pool sweep, a Racer, as the company rep was trying to gain exposure for his product, and I was told by [redacted] that he would swi

The pool was finished a week before school started Spring we had our first rainMy pool area floodedI called and was told someone will be out there to look at itAfter several weeks I called back and text a massage May This went on for over a month till I went to the officeWhere I was told by the owner he was out there weeks age and nothing was wrongI demanded that someone come when I was homeSo his son came a few days laterSoon as he walked up he said there was a issue and he will take care of itThere was water standing 18" deep around the pool areaFinally 12-12-it was doneI get home to a bigger mess than beforeNow all my grass on that side of the pool is gone and still have flooding every time it rains
