Again, as previously stated, the tail light was not altered, not aftermarket, and not looseThat policy is not a fair practice done by the companyIf need be, *** can even check with the employees that were present on the time and dated I statedIf it was not because of anything I did it is only fair I'm compensated in some way because his equipment was solely responsible for the damageI even took pictures of the damaged causedI would be open to possible partial reimbursement (of no less than half if it means some progress can be made and this case closed so neither of us has to deal with it anymore)It is only fair
