I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
River's Bend Auto Care has not offered me any type of resolution to the problem. They are simply blaming me for their wrong doing. In their statement they are mentioning things that never happened! Not once did they try to resolve the issue with me, all they wanted was more money. They claimed my vehicle was brought in to them overheating and smoking and that is not true. That only happen after picking up the car from their shop. And my vehicle had one leak that was clear in color when I took it into them. Also I  returned the vehicle within 30 minutes of picking it up, not later that night as they claimed! We will also be reporting River's Bend Auto Care to [redacted] and spreading the word to all service members we come in contact with!
