Game didn’t pay
I’ve been waiting 6 days now and no one will give me an answer on why the game I was playing didn’t pay correctly. I was playing Golden Knight on Wednesday 20th at 4:15pm and the “money symbols” dropped 6K, (2K three times). I took a screenshot because I was so excited but only got payed $60. I contacted customer support and was told the “money symbols” don’t pay out that way. When I showed him screenshots of other hits where the money symbols did pay that way he told me he needed to talk to a manager, after some time they said it would be sent over to a game provider. Over the past 6 days I’ve been given the runaround, all I want is paid what I’m owed. I play regularly and this isn’t right. Everyone knows a “K” at the end of dollar amount is thousand if it was meant to be $60 there should have been a “.” . This was on betrivers, you need to make this right!

I lost over and 100000 to *** Casino Online and everytime I call them for my withdrawal of money they always giving me the run around and alway when I withdraw my money they want documents and id I provide my documents in approval time and they always delaying my money and there service is awful they can take my money in a flash off my card no matter what time or day or this virus covid-19 but they have no problem snatchimg it but when its time to pay up I can never get my money on time they say 24 to 72 hour well it been one week and thats not right I work hard for my money for them to play with me like im not a kids

I have been a sugar house online customer for awhile. My apartment is in Mt Laurel, NJ and can legally bet online within New Jersey. When I signed up my identity was confirmed, as was my geolocation. Without any reason, notice or any written communication, sugar house kept asking me to upload my drivers license. No reason given. I continued to make deposits and continued to pay out. Now sugar house won’t pay me the $1975 I won and they owe me, because they want my DL online. I have had to dig and dig this week, inquiring many times “why won’t you pay me?” For me to upload a photo ID after I was already identified appears to be a huge a huge security and privacy issue. Sugar house has basically stolen $1975 from me, and they seem to be getting away with it. They have offered me zero customer service and it appears they can do whatever they want. I guess I have to sue in small claims court? Is that my only option? I don’t get it. They let you bet online, deposit, then when they see a payout they don’t like, they simply don’t pay. Is this even legal?

- I deposited $250 into my *** PA account and ended up with $256 after a bet
- I attempted to withdraw $256 to my bank account but there was a technical issue
- After multiple online chats with customer/technical support (some hours-long), they were unable to figure out the issue. The customer service support representatives promised that they would email me an update, but I never received any update for 3-4 weeks.
- There is no attempt to rectify the issue by ***, leaving my hard-earned money hostage.
- There was no attempt to escalate the issue to management. There was no attempt to send me evidence that a ticket was submitted on my behalf for the account issues.

I used the casino's online system to play black jack. Last Friday evening I was playing and the system froze. They gave me a $25 credit which is what the game took from me without the hands of blackjack being completed. Then later that evening I tried to play again and again the system froze and it kept about$30 from me. I asked for a credit and they said the specific provider has to review it and they will get back to me. Everyday for 5 days now I have been told the provider has to review it. This is horrible service and horrible business. I want to know why the casino has relationships with providers that can't resolve a gaming problem for more than 5 days and why as a good constant customer that they can't issue the credit and get it back from their provider??? Doubt I get a response.

I AM WRITING FOR A FEW REASONS. One, I feel as though this business is running an unfair online gambling service. When an issues is brought to their attention, it doesnt get resolved on a timely manner. Back some months ago, I contacted them about a game that I had issues with. Each time I contacted them, they'd claim the provider of the slot machine was contacted and they hadn't heard back yet. At one point, I was advised to no longer play the game. I stopped playing yet I was getting annoyed becuz there are only certain games I play online and not being able to play them forced me to play other games I was not enjoying. When I did stop playing, it didnt make a difference becuz nothing was being done. This issue went on for months. I finally went thru the Revdex.com as they know only to hear back from *** that it was the first time they were informed about this situation. Then all of a sudden my account on SH was credited. I should've come here first and put the complaint on Sugarhouse. If I was in a casino and a game malfunctioned, a tech would walk over, fix the game and I'd be refunded. There is NO excuse why SH couldnt rectify this issue faster. No player should have to wait for their funds regardless. SH runs the site. Not the provider.

Now moving forward on Dec 23, 2017 at 12:26 am I was playing Big Red and it shud have gone into the bonus round. I contacted Live Chat. Jul looked into it and said I was right. She gave me a lousy $5.00 and told me she was going to contact the provider. At that time, I let it go but then I was speaking to others and the more I thought about it, the more annoyed I have become. A lousy $5.00 when I could have made much more on that game. $5.00 doesnt cut it when I should have received $6.25 and after it went into the bonus spin I would have made MUCH MORE.

It's not bad enough that this site runs horrible promo's. They accommodate the people who play with more money. I'm on this site all day almost EVERYDAY.
In the beginning, Sugarhouse gave out scratch cards which as they stated are determined by your net loss. Funny thing is, when you win and you play your winning money they do not add that in as losses. I spend a lot of money on there. Your loyalty wheel is a joke. Every spin I take I get the lowest dollar amount.
Sugarhouse banned me some time ago from the site cuz I complaint. I'm not 5 years old. I'm 55 years old. If you didnt want to hear what ppl have to say then maybe you shud do away with chat. I speak for many when I say, we dont want to hear your going to pass our feedback on cuz that doesnt seem to work either.

After I was banned from the site, I stopped chatting as much. I even defended the site even tho in my heart of hearts I feel a lot of things arent adding up. Recently, I was joking and Erick banned me from chatting yet I was on the phone with another player and I was goofing off. He must have missed the comment I made right b4 that telling a player to go to live chat they would help you. ha

I have been talking to other players. We all feel the same. I'm sure their will be more complaints here coming. There have been many complaints in the chats. 99% of those complaints are justified. Sugarhouse just doesnt want to hear them or let other players know what is going on but if their paying attention, as I know some have, they in fact do know whats going on. I would like to get refunded more then $5.00 on that Big Red game I was playing. I spent enuff money on sugarhouse. DO THE RIGHT THING.
I would also suggest that the promo's add up right and scratch cards be givin out according. I have seen where many players have received them yet I have been on longer then some of those player and I've seen 2 scratch cards in 6 months. In addition, do more to show your players they are appreciated. Sugarhouse claims they are better then everyone else yet, ALL other sites have better loyalty bonuses then sugar-house. Just ask any of your players.
