Review: I agreed to a trail of the e-cig package for $4.95 in late March this year. I was told that all I had to do to cancel was to call them, which I did within the 1 month time frame given. They billed my credit card account $99.99 on the next month's statement which I received in May. They denied that I called them to cancel when I disputed the charge to my credit card account. They have now rebilled my account for $99.99 for something I do not use and do not want, as I called and told them in April of 2013. There was NEVER any mention of anything costing $99.99 in any conversation I had with anyone at this company!!!!!Desired Settlement: I want the $99.99 refunded to my credit card account along with any interest accrued.

Customer [redacted]. placed an order for the starter kit trial offer on March 21st, 2013, was charged only $4.95 and sent one order acknowledgement email which included the following passage: "If you made a trial starter kit purchase, you have been enrolled in our refill membership program. In 15 days, we'll send you 10 replacement filters and charge your Visa on file.

Each 30 days thereafter you will be billed and automatically sent 10 replacement filters (equivalent to 20 packs of traditional cigarettes). If you cancel your membership before the end of the 15-day trial period, you will be charged for the starter kit's full value." The full Membership Terms and Conditions are clearly posted on the website: "If I enroll in the refill Membership program I am agreeing to be charged $99.99 in 15 days for the kit I received plus a 10-cartridge refill pack, and 79.99 +S&H each 30 days thereafter for a new 10-cartridge refill pack. My credit card will be billed and my shipment will be sent automatically at those times. Refill shipments will continue until I call to cancel my Membership at ###-###-####. open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. I understand that my starter kit has a retail value of $99.99. If I cancel my membership but do not return the starter kit, I will be charged for its full value. By clicking to order I represent that I have read and agree to the Privacy Policy and full Terms and Conditions of this offer and I understand that I will be liable for payment of product that was shipped to me, and future shipments of product, if I fail to notify customer service to stop supplying the product to me. Refund Policy: I understand that if I am not fully satisfied with my products I may cancel my order at any time by calling customer service and returning any unused, unopened Product to our warehouse. All returns must be within 30 days of original purchase. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable." As scheduled, when the 15 day trial was complete on April 5th, 2013, [redacted]. was charged $99.99 however this charge was declined due to insufficient funds reason code. Customer service received a call from [redacted]. August 8th and the membership was explained in detail. The membership was extended an extra month until May 5th, 2013 in order for [redacted]. to have more time to become familiar with the product. On May 5th, as scheduled, [redacted]. was charged $99.99 and shipped 2 boxes of refill cartridges. The membership is now cancelled so there will be no further charges or shipments of product unless otherwise directed by [redacted]. According to our records, [redacted]. has initiated a charge-back via the bank for the disputed $99.99 so we are unable to refund the charge or make any changes to the account at this time.

Review: Found billing on my Visa credit card for 'two items which I did not order. One labeled as "beauti skin"on 12/26/14 for 4.95 and again on 1/13/15 for 79.95 and on 12/26 items labeled "REM Exhilarated Body" for 4.95 and again on 1/9 for the amount of 78.49. When I called the numbers listed both have the same message for the same items but did not call themselves by either of the above names but are using the same number as given on the billing. They cannot find a record of me by name, email or phone number. However, when gave them the last four of the card they asked me if my name was [redacted] and did I have this other email. I requested my account be refunded because I did not order or receive thee products as demonstrated by their own information and they deny being those companies but are selling the same beauty products. I got no further by requesting a supervisor many times and initially having my request denied. After I persisted Some else did come on and deny my claim again. I did an intern search and found on scampages.com one complaint about exhilarated bod. on Visa ending 9740 12/26 beauti skin ###-###-#### for 4.95 and on 1/13 for same for $79.95; on 12/26 REM EXHILARATEDBODY for 3.95 and on 1/9 for $78.49Desired Settlement: Totally amount of $167.34
