Review: I paid $190 deposit for a train rental from Riverside Amusements for a child's birthday party. Two days prior they cancelled due to "family emergency". I was told my refund would go out the next day. It has been almost 8 months since the refund was supposed to occur and after months of dodging me they let me know the reason they haven't returned my deposit is because the business is falling on hard times. We planned to meet once more to get the money and they never answered or showed up and still continues to tell me that I never called to meet. It's been 8 months, all they need to do is send the money not sure why this is even a question. They are withholding my money for services that not only weren't rendered but I had a day to find an alternative solution for a first birthday party.Desired Settlement: $190 cash or money order
