The doctors I have dealt with from Riverside have been more than adequate Be aware that their billing system is very user-unfriendlyThey use this number to process payments and after waiting on hold minutes, I was told by "Dennis" that I had to be transferred to another area for Riverside billing This other area does not have a separate phone number so I waited another minutes before I got "James" who took my payment I also asked if it was possible to directly dial Riverside people and he did not think so, I asked to talk to the supervisor, he put me on hold and said that he was "in a meeting" but would call me back, "Moses" still has not called me back days later I will not use Riverside unless they can process my payments

They use this 877 number to process payments and after waiting on hold 20 minutes, I was told by "Dennis" that I had to be transferred to another area for Riverside billing. This other area does not have a separate phone number so I waited another 20 minutes before I got "James" who took my payment. I also asked if it was possible to directly dial Riverside people and he did not think so, I asked to talk to the supervisor, he put me on hold and said that he was "in a meeting" but would call me back, "Moses" still has not called me back 7 days later. I will not use Riverside unless they can process my payments.

This patient was seen by one of our anesthesiologist Amelia F[redacted], MD.  See joined our group on 7/15/2016.  There was a delay in getting her credentialed as a participating provider with [redacted].  Therefore she was considered out of network and the payment went to...

the patient.  Because the payment went to the patient, Riverside is contractually allowed to bill the patient our full charge. of $700.  It should be noted the patient finally paid her bill ($475.25) on January 17, 2017 months after receiving the payment from [redacted].  The patient was on our delinquency list waiting to be send to collections before payment was made.  The balance of $225.75 has been written off and the patient balance is $0.00.

Please be advised that a refund in the amount of $126.20 was processed this morning.  The patient had paid a total of $130.00 to Riverside Anesthesia Associates via credit card on three separate occasions.  There was a $3.80 co-insurance from PA Medical Assistance that was deducted from her refund to equal the refunded amount of $126.20.  The refund was processed via her credit card this morning and a copy of the refund transaction was mailed to her today.  We did receive the Medical Assistance payment on October 7, 2015 and the refund was processed in 75 days.  In addition, Riverside did process the refund and had resolved the complaint within Revdex.com’s recommended 45 days.
 
As I stated in last week’s email, I have not received any of the complaint information from Revdex.com as of today.
