*Complaint: Received a printed breakdown of a prorated rent structure taking the one month free move in special spread over the course often months and they are currently charging full rent which directly impacts our budget in a negative wayWe were told directly by the
leasing agent We would get one month free on top of a military discount and later were told we only get either the month off or the military discount after we were halfway through with the paperwork and it was too late to stop because of the need for a residenceResponse: The concession quoted was for month free and confirmation of spreading this throughout their lease is correctWe add the credit at the 1* of the following month at move in and residents have the option to either have the concession apply to that full month or to pay a prorated amount carrying a credit throughout the termIt appears he didn't understand that it is up to him on how he spreads the concession outHe was able to make payment in November për her email and then have credit carried over his month lease termHe was never told he would get military discount and month free*Complaint: We were told directly by the leasing agent no one would enter our apartment when neither of us were there after we filled out a service request expressly stating we did not Want someone to enter our apartment without our presence unless we were presentThey have left service request forms in our apartment when neither of us were there after we filled out a service request expressly stating we did not want someone to enter our apartment without our presenceResponse: Our technician did enter their unit to complete a service request and overlooked the note stated must be presentWe took ownership of this and apologized on behalf of thisWe needed to see the model of the water filter needed to complete the requestTechnician has been reminded to make sure they pay attention to such notices and abide by comments unless it is and emergency*complaint: They have failed to provide a breakdown of the pet fee required for pets and refused to refund the pet deposit upon the lease's termination Response: We require a $pet fee vsa pet depositThis is a fee for allowing pets into your home and is explained as suchThe move in orientation video that the residents are required to Watch explain some properties require deposit and others require a feeThe General Manager rewatched this video and pointed this out to resident as it was mentioned the video only says depositThere is in addition to the one time deposit of $a monthly fee for each petAgain this is a fee vsa deposit which is why it is non-refundableResident has signed the pet addendum acknowledging such fee and that it is non-refundableAllowing pets into the home is an amenity that our property offers and for this we require a fee for those who chose to utilize this amenityResolutions desired outcome: The requested adjustment of bill is denied, as all information provided was truthfulThe quote generated on the email provided showed: Selected Special up to $offIf they were offered military discount, it would be reflected in this sectionWe don't offer a double concession on any lease for any reason and this is explained to everyoneI apologize for any misunderstanding in regards to terms and would be available should you have any further questions orconcerns.Thank you,Jessica A***General Manager of Riverside Apartments

I rent an apartment at Riverside Apts in Tarpon SpringsThe maintenance people are wonderful and do a great job, BUT the problem is that Riverside is 100s of requests behindObviously they deal with the ones needing immediate attentionDo you want to come to an apartment complex that consistently falls way behind in keeping up with the maintenance requestsi.e weeks to get a shower fixed; weeks to fix a smelly none working dishwasher that corporate (Concord) had to send their people out to try and catch upI was told they (Riverside) was 300+ maintenance request behind scheduleImpressive! Good luck talking to the office unless you like runarounds and excusesI have been to the office too many times over the last yearsI am only here because I work with an individual who has a disability and they choose to live hereI would NEVER recommend this place to even my enemies, which I am sure I have at Riverside now because I "rock the boat"
