I bought a Chevy Equinox from here and I asked the gentleman working here if he knew if the CD player worked by chanceHe said it worked greatIt was very hot outside so I couldn't tell if the heat was working, I asked the man and he said it worked just fineNeither one of these things worked AT ALLNever mind that, I also asked if they knew of anything wrong with the car and they said it was all fineI was not from the area and so I didn't know a mechanicI started having trouble with the car weeks after buying it, and by trouble I mean the transmition started skipping a ton and when I am in drive sometimes it acts like I'm in neutralAlso an exaust leak came up out of no where and the oil was way overdue for changingThe mechanics I took it to said it looked like the car was fixed up to work fine for a few weeks and then it was going to fall apartI called and told them about the problems and they could not care less and said pretty much that I was on my own hereI can not believe that this so called business sold me a car that they most likely knew was not fit to be sold especially at the price it was sold to me at and they lied to my face about several small thingsSalesman or not it is dishonest and I would not recommend ANYONE buy from them

I am writing this letter in response to your letter that I have received based on a complaint filed by *** *** on 2/10/It was about wrong tires that she received with the purchase of a vehicleThere was some initial misunderstanding as far as who is responsible for the replacement of the
winter tires she requestedWe were able to rectify any possible mistakes we made by writing a check for which is satisfied the customerYou may contact her for verification Thank You
