I told [redacted] today that IAC (gap co) said they would not respond to them. [redacted] called them while I listened on a 3 way call. The gap co. started the same old nonsense about not receiving the needed information, [redacted] informed that they had sent the information 3 times already. Gap co said it had been lost somehow.The problem according to gap co was that the truck was reported as an xl model when in fact it is an xlt diesel addition. This makes a lot of difference in value. [redacted] told them that they would resend the info before the end of the day.If they keep up the run a round, we will pursue with additional complaints or a process of law. I am tired of dealing with this like I have for the last 5 or 6 months.. Thank You, [redacted]
