Please add your rejection comments below. Again the refund policy on your website clearly states “Cancellations received more than 2 weeks prior to your reservation date will be refunded half of deposit.  Deposits for cancellations received less than 2 weeks prior to your reservation date will not be refunded.”  I did not give you a deposit. Our policy, clearly stated by a large sign at check in is that there are no refunds, the credit card receipt they sign states no refunds, our website displays our no refund policy and any correspondence via email also states that policy. The individual attempted to refute this with [redacted]...

and they ruled in our favor. We did make an attempt to remedy the situation when we offered numerous other sites available to him, but he chose to go to another campground.

We did not make a deposit. How can they take a deposit when we didn't send a deposit.   We did not even un-hook our trailer.  We were at this campground for less then 15 minutes.  We called 45 minutes before arriving to see if they had sites.  Which they had plenty. So we did not take a site for the 45 minutes from when we called that caused them to lose income.  It the true spirit of the Revdex.com how does it seem fair they could take my money.  At the very least the Revdex.com should warn people about a company that would take a person's money from hiding from a no refund policy from deposits.  Anyone with an ounce of  decency would just given the money back since they were not happy with the surroundings and the site did not meet the expectations when described to me over the phone. It's just deceitful and wrong to treat a family like this who is trying to make ends meet. Again, at check in, it is very clearly stated that there is a no refund policy.  The credit card receipt that was signed said no refund.  This is the policy of campgrounds and hotels throughout the region.  It is not only our establishment.
