In response to this complaint we did work on the vehicle last month, they said there was a suspension noise and A/C was not working (blowing) at all.A/C we replace rack on pinion for freeWe changed the blower motor for free, and he recharged A/C- had the car aligned for freeThis was a month after they purchased itThy brought it back again-said - suspension noise is good- blower now blows- but it's jot air not coldOur tech looked at it, said he need more time customer was sitting on the couch for hours, we felt bad- told him to bring it when one of my loaner cars are here, and he could leave it, so he can fix it.3.We called him, told him our loaner car was back and if he wanted to bring the KIA for repairHe brought his car, we pulled up our loaner car - Hyundai sonata he said he did not want this as a loner car, he wanted a black Tahoe we had on the lot which is for saleWe told him we don't loan out car which are for sale we are a small lot, don't have expensive cars to loan out- he refused to leave his car and leftPlease be Advised! we are ready to fix the A/C on their car anytime they wish to leave itIt they don't like our courtesy loaner cars- Sorry no where it states we have to have Brand new loaner cars- that's not part of our warranty- we will be happy to fix the A/C.The price of the car was !- No folks the price was minus the I out down for them because she made me feel sorry fir herShe got the car with down, she had a score at the time- so much for helping people- she paid $

She was upset when we did paperwork, We didn't deliver the car, Because we didn't know her loan would be Approved, since she was going to Repo her car she had currently- so we told her once loan was done, she could take carSo finally, she picked up car yesterday- I think she should be happy

pay for tax and license on new car when he buys it, which is about less than 1000-he says cant so we left it there. he says hes had nothing but problems with the car, I included 2 warrantied on the car, and told him which shop to fo to to get a 0 deductible for the repairs. he tells me he feels the car will breakdown at any time, but cant tell me whats wrong with the car. He says since he had the car he has spent 300 on repairs..I provided him the receipt of the BRAND NEW ENGINE, I put in the car prior to his purchase..it was not a used engine from another car, but a completely brand new engine..I invited him to bring it over so I can see what hes talking about it, now 3 or 4 weeks later, I see a Revdex.com complaint, still no sign of his concern.

It took months before he told me I can trade the car in for a different one but told me he can only do it if I took 1,500 as a down payment. He did give me a two year warranty which I appreciated but then found out it didn't cover everything he said it would. Only covered powertrain. I explained to him at least three times what was wrong with the car. By this time I spent over four hundred almost five on repairs. I did not receive a receipt for the "rebuilt" engine. It was not new. He never invited me to the dealership to look at the car not once.

[redacted] came in on the 9th of this month, I arranged to take his car on trade with 0 loss, and I arranged to put up 2000 towards his down, which is crediting him all the money hes paid monthly for the car since he has had it, and all I needed from him was 400.00, he pretty much agreed to this, when I went to check his pay, it was very good, makes more money than before, It was an easy deal, then the finance company, Westlake finanacial who he is financing the car with, notified me he hasnt made 3 or more car payments, and the car was out for repo. I cant help him any longer, his score went from 625, to 425..he has driven the car about 1500 miles per month since he has had it, which is above california standard XXXXX per year, so it hasnt been in the garage, by no means-I encouraged him to pay the car delinquncy and come back, im not sure he was gonna do this.

I asked him to take the car off my hands and he did not want to. Said the car was up for repo which it isn't.

Please be advise the following information and the factual Report!In response to this false complaint- we did not enter into a contract with a [redacted] on 11/15/17. She was to pick the car up the follow 5 day- However she did not- her cosigner didn't want to go ... with the deal. She was offered...

a " Contract Cancellation" option- which is a Law in State of [redacted] we have to offer .. customer. If they wish to cancel within 2 days of the Contract she accepted the option- it cost 350.00, so we refunded out her down payment total of 1150.00. We gave her a Refund Check of 800.00(the difference 1150-350=800)I had her sigh a [redacted] Statement of facts, and I talked her husband ( cosigner who changed his mind)- he said if I got the payment lower, he wanted to get the car. " OK"  so the ...2 days I worked to get the deal down- before I could ..,. them, A  lady called from a check cashing company, said "[redacted]" is in front of her, with one of our company checks. She wanted to cash it, but it looked altered, so she wanted to verify the amount "sure" I told her the check was for $800.00 the difference between 1150-350= which was after contract cancellation fee. She said no, the check is for 1800.00 and the .... part where you write in the amount was totally not legible. I told her that is Fraud- We will not honor that check, and I'd like a copy of the check. Thankfully , she emailed me the check. This girl is currently on parole and probation. I've formally requested the police to file charged on this fraud girl. We will pursue criminal charges against her. Please accept .. response to this complaint. I've also will follow up with a police.
