I took my Australian Shepard to be groomed. He had a mat under one ear, relatively small, and common in the breed. His hair was long and standard. When I picked him up, his hair was cut 1/4 inch length in spots, 2 inches in another. He was gaped up awful as though someone used clippers and did not know what they were doing. Nothing besides the ear, hock hairs, and hair on his bum should have been TRIMMED. They offered to cut more which would result in going to the scalp. Requested money back and because I posted it on *** (first amendment right) they refused to refund. Have before and after pictures and videos. The cost was $50 and their excuse was it was a new groomer . New or not, they should not operate if untrained. This is former *** which was shut down for abuse among other things. There was loose dry cut hair all over. It seems as though he was cut and not even washed, just sprayed with something to make him smell good.
I have not received any form of resolution from this business. There has not been any further contact. I requested my money back and do not receive it. They refused to resolve the issue . My pet has since been take. To another groomer. They also took pictures of what was done to ***. Including a severe rash caused from a perfume sprayed on *** He was not bathed in addition to improperly grooming him . (Aussie undercut must not be cut it changes there coat and it often does not grow back.) *** was sprayed with a dry shampoo causing an allergic reaction. The new groomer is *** and her business is *** Telephone number is ***. She also has pictures from the damage *** did to ***. These pictures are time stamped. I would like my money back. They did not perform the service asked at Riverside.
