Upon receiving Mr***'s letter concerning the Chevy, I immediately called the owner of the car, Mr*** and he responded with he would NOT give them a dime back on the items mentionedThat they still got a good deal and that's that.I then wrote the ***'s with this
response....Dear Mr& Mrs ***,I received your letter today and was surprised to hear of the issues discussed.The items of concern were told to me by Mr *** and passed on to you or any other potential buyer in describing the car.I would suggest at this time you send any and all future correspondence to Mr*** directly as he was the owner of the car and instructed me to describe the car as such:Mr*** *** *** *** *** ** cell ###-###-####home ###-###-####Regards.....*** *** EZ Auction

My complaint (which seems to be overlooked and ignored) is that claims made by the seller regarding the condition of the vehicle were untrue I have attached written statements made by the seller in the attachment above The seller has not denied making the statements regarding the condition of the vehicle I believe this falls under the Deceptive Trade Practices Law of Virginia

Russell did not go into detail about a thing*** his employee always helped me she was very helpful and told me that I could pay the initial deposit later.They were very misleadingShe actually called me and said she forgot the charge I went back the next day and that is when she said I could pay laterThey had my whole collection at that point anyway.Russell could have been better with communication and let me know what was going on for months.Bottom line dishonest business!!! He kept over 90% for that I have not cashed the $check if he needs it that bad he can have it back! If I known how his business was I would have donated my collection to some organizationIt’s not about the money it is his business ethics
