ID [redacted]Contract date was July 13, 2017.Customer had emailed January 5, 2018 stating she and her fiance wanted to have a more intimate reception and wanted to cancel. could be booked, she'd get a refund. Customer emailed and I did say that the Venue was booked, and it was at that time, my Supervisor corrected me by saying the Customer isn't due a refund.I emailed Customer back and told her of my human mistake and she emailed back saying she would book the hall another time; which is permitted according to the signed Contract.Customer did call last week and wanted to discuss the situation and I explained that my Supervisor was out and would not return until Wednesday, February 28, 2018 and we would be in touch at that time. Customer did not wait for Wednesday, February 28, 2018. With that being said, I wasn't being unresponsive, I was simply waiting for my Supervisor to return.My Supervisor is out of the office at a Food Show and will return Monday, March 12, 2018 and upon his return a check in the amount of $1,000.00 will be sent to customer at address on file.With the situation being resolved, we are respectfully requesting that this complaint not be posted. Thank you,Joy * S[redacted]Oakmont Coordinator [redacted] O: ###-###-#### C: ###-###-####[redacted]
