The system was installed 02/20/2013. Riverside offers a 1 year warranty on the sprinkler system. This of course is beyond that warranty period. Regardless, the system was damaged and would not be covered under the one year warranty anyways, for this was an unwarrantable item.

documents regarding this service call. 1) The signed work order clearly stating the acceptance of financial responsibility after the service was completed 06/05/15. 2) The invoice for the service call that was completed. Please note the notice of the $25.00 late fee at 30 days of non-payment highlighted at the bottom of the invoice, as well as the fact that we did not charge a late fee for July or August and the first one that was administered was 09/01, almost 3 months after the invoice was created. We have done our part to be as fair as possible. We stand by all of our work.
Invoice and late fee will stand, other late fees will be administered if invoice is not paid by next 30 day notice.
