I am rejecting this response because: ALTHOUGH IT IS TRUE THAT RIVERSIDE MANAGEMENT REPRESENTS THE CORRESPONDENCE BETWEEN THE ASSOCIATION AND HOMEOWNERS I CAN NOT SEE ANY REASON THE ASSOCIATION CANNOT ACCEPT WRITTEN RESPONSES FROM HOMEOWNERS AND HOMEOWNERS MUST ATTEND THE MEETINGS IN PERSON:: IT JUST SO HAPPENS THAT THE MONTHLY MEETINGS ARE IN A VERY INCONVENIENT LOCATION AND TIME HELD EACH MONTH: OWNERS SHOULD NOT BE FORCED TO ATTEND MEETINGS TO GET SATISFACTION ON DISPUTES

of Davis ordinance. The City's ordinance for noise produced Monday though Friday is 7 a.m.- 7 p.m. the adopted community rule is that "Quiet Hours" are from 8 p.m.- 8 a.m. This weekday community rule allows for 1 extra hour of "quiet", and 1 additional hour of "noise"- essentially, it's the same 12-hour window, just moved back an hour. Further, the City addresses weekend hours where noise would be allowed as 8 a.m.- 8 p.m. This adopted community rule allows for one additional hour of "quiet" so that residents may enjoy a little extra sleep on a weekend if they desire. 2.  There is no provision in the CC&Rs that states that trash cans need to be out of sight. 3.  Maintenance of the common areas is, in fact, being performed. Maintenance of private grounds is an ongoing matter, and has been for many years. But it is one that your board takes very seriously, as well. However, if you could please be specific as to which residences are out of compliance and provide some photographic evidence, that would be most helpful. Please be detailed so that remedies can be explored.4.  Again, as in the response #4, please be specific. Moreover, if you can provide photographs to support your claim, please submit them. Please be detailed so that remedies can be explored.5.  This matter was openly discussed at a previous HOA Board meeting. And, it was determined by the board that this is not a dispute for or with the HOA. This is a homeowner versus homeowner dispute.6.  This item is also a homeowner versus homeowner dispute.Finally, you close your message with your opinion on the condition of your community, and categorize it as a "slum area". In response to the attached letter-Ms. [redacted] owns property in a homeowners association. Only the Board of Directors has the ability to listen to her concerns and possibility waive any existing fines. This has been explained to her. The Board meets monthly and Ms. [redacted] has been encouraged to...

I am rejecting this response because: I have reported and taken the severe lack of maintenance of landscaping, common grounds, dangerous over grown trees, cars illegally parked and stored in visitor parking spots by board directors and driveways, club house fences in disrepair, for ove5 6 months. I have requested the recordings of the Board Meetings that are claimed to be "recorded" and am told that they have NOT been recorded. Only in the last week have any cleanup by Riverside Management been attempted as Board Elections for [redacted] are being held January 16, 2018. My concern is that once the board elections are complete in January, the non-compliance and refusal to follow the CC and Rs by Riverside Management/[redacted] will resume once again and our community property values will continue decline in a rising real estate market. [redacted] postings for our HOA community and Riverside Management HOA for her Sacramento HOA community reveal that it is having exactly identical serious problems with their larger community. The CA [redacted] laws are to enforce HOA Management companies and Riverside Management has been ignoring an violating these laws.

Review: WE LIVE IN A BUILDING WITH SHARED GARAGE SPACE AND SHARED DRIVEWAY SPACE WITH UNIT #2:-) HILLSDALE ASSN INSISTS ON CHARGING ME A FINE FOR MY NEIGHBOR FIXING HIS CAR IN THE GARAGE:-) THEY SAY MY SON WAS STANDING NEAR THE CAR SO HE IS GUILTY OF WORKING ON THE NEIGHBORS CAR AND I HAVE BEEN ISSUED FINES THEY REFUSE TO DELETE:-) MY UNIT SHARES THIS SPACE ONLY AND HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THE NEIGHBORS CAR REPAIRS:-)THIS ASSOCIATION ISSUES FREQUENT FINES FOR MINOR STUFF AND YET WRITES OFF CHARGES FOR THE FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS THAT ARE NOT PAYING THEIR DUESMON ABANDONED UNITS:-) THEY REFUSE TO DROP THESE FINES EVEN THOUGH I HAVE SHOWN THEM PICTURES OF THE NEIGHBOR CARS JACKED UP ON OUR DECK:-)THEY ALSO REFUSE TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT VAGRANTS USING ABANDONED UNITS:-) WE HAVE ONE THAT PROSTITUES AND JOHNS USE FOR THE LAST 3 YEARS IN MY 4 PLEX:-) I AM PREPARING TO SELL MY UNIT AND WILL TAKE A HUGE HIT FOR THIS ISSUE THE ASSOCIATIONS REFUSES TO SOLVE:-)Desired Settlement: Remove bogus fines and late fees from my account
