Our warranty/guarantee does not state that we pay the return shipping on any itemsIn the event that we do cover return shipping fees, it is only for defectsThere is no defect in this case but instead an unusual request for which we do not service, although the consumer was insistent that we service it nonethelessBy the consumer not paying the return shipping fee but rather just putting a package in the mail that had no postage paid, the delay in his refund should be apparent rather than one that would be reported to youThe item that was returned is considerably "vintage" (Roughly years oldPhoto attached) and nothing we would expect anyone to request a refund for, regardless of the details of their claim. However, we are issuing a refund and do not expect further complaints concerning this case, considering this onetime courtesy being extended, regardless of its speed. Our accounts department has day terms so it will be about a month before he will receive a refund check

Please see the attached link to the Return Policy that is on the website that this order was placed. It states that all sales are final and that we do not accept returns or exchanges. We would not honor any returns guidelines other than those designated for this separate and limited
edition promotion. https://professionalscollection.com/pages/shopping

Revdex.com spoke to James at the business and the following was relayed: If the customer is willing to bring the vehicle back I am willing to look at it and see what he is referring to. If there is a run I can get that out and I am not sure what he is referring to regarding debris. The last time the customer's vehicle was here, we repainted and he showed up and took the keys to the car and left without speaking to anyone. Until the Revdex.com complaint we were unaware there was still an issue.

I am not at all surprise that Mr [redacted] would pursue complaining about us. Mr. [redacted] came into our shop with some damage to his car. We did a wonderful job fixing his vehicle. We charged him a very fair if not low price. A few days after we delivered his car to him, he came back to the shop...

and indicated to me that he was not happy with the work. I went outside with him and had a hard time seeing what he was referencing. How ever in good faith, I agreed to re-paint the area. Once again, when he picked up the car,  I made him thoroughly look over the vehicle and he indicated it looked great. A few days pass again and he came back to the shop. He told me that "at night if he shines a flashlight on the vehicle he sees a shimmery shine" I was frustrated with this as this was now costing me money, but told him I would once again re-do the paint, however this was the final time. He picked up his car and said it looked good. Now I get this from Revdex.com. Very frustrating.Through conversations with another body shop [redacted] down the street, he has been thrown out of their shop for constantly wanting his josb re-done. I have gone above and beyond to make Mr. [redacted] happy and strongly dispute any claim that I did not conduct good business, in fact I re-did the work that was perfect to begin with 2 times. Any questions please contact me as my reputation is very important to me and my growing business and I find this claim to be fraudulent as service was done and completed for much less money than it should have been.

We have sent him several garments in various sizes.  Recently we sent him size XL because he returned a size XL garment. He requested another size after receiving the garment but did not want to return what we sent to him.  We do not provide service in this manner.  His case is...

closed and no further action will be taken by us regarding it.  Any returns he wishes to make with us going forward will need to have an actual defect and be accompanied by a dated receipt from a first-quality retailer.

Our Canada team has made contact with the consumer and are servicing him.

I don't understand Fruit of the Loom's response that I didn't put postage on the package.  I asked Fruit for a return label.  They sent me one.  I used it.  If they did not put enough--or any--postage on it, that's their problem.  Return shipping labels never indicate how much postage is on them.  The label was very confusing anyway as it didn't say which carrier to drop it off at.  It doesn't matter how old the garment is.  As I understand, harmful chemicals were used back then too.  So, the age is a moot point.  I notice Fruit didn't complain about the quality of the garment.  I'm sure the reason being it was still in great condition.Fruit's response trying to make itself out to be a victim when it's the one poisoning people by using harmful chemicals in its clothing is outrageous.  I'd say for $5.95 instead of millions of dollars, they're getting off scott free.  I do hope Fruit will start making its clothing GOTS-certified to be free of harmful chemicals.

Fruit of the Loom sent my order overnight. Thanks for your help, my dispute has been resolved.

The consumer requested something outside of the scope of our Guarantee.  We contacted the consumer to advise that if he follows the procedures outlined in our Guarantee, we would be happy to evaluate his claim.

The consumer contacted us on 11-1-16 and his replacement package was delivered to him on 11-17-16 by [redacted] with a [redacted] tracking number which closes this case.

Fruit of the Loom mailed me a return shipping label for a sweatshirt. I popped the sweatshirt in the mail using the return label. I never received a refund.
