Office front desk
My doctor prescribed a medication for me and I have been taking it for some time. I was refilled in April, 2022 and when it was sent to Pharmacy it got denied requiring prior authorization. Pharmacy have been trying to reach my MD office since then. I called to check on the situation 3 days ago and while the representative was giving me an attitude and being plan unprofessional, was assured that they will send it again to the pharmacy and that I should hear shortly from them. Well I heard nothing from no one. I called again and spoke to even worse representative who was openly rude and telling me that I will never get approved for this medicine no matter what I do. I was asking questions and she rudely put me on hold without telling me she would. Raising her voice and laughing while I expressed my frustration as to how can she be so sure that I will not get my medication. I called my insurance and 2 representatives could never get any results on that either. Worst front desk. I am sorry to my PCP but I would need to change the location.

Being billed 300 dollars for nothing
I got seen for 20 minutes or so for an injury in my neck or upper back the guy just followed an old note written by another doctor didn't listen ti what I said and then tried to give me a muscle relaxant.

I feel like I was not treated right as a patientThe doctor diagnosed me with asthma, hay fever and high blood pressure but refused to sign my paper to be off for a couple of days to work so that I can restStating that he is too busy for that paperworkAlso he asked me to monitor my blood pressure constantly but failed to explain to me why I came to that point and how I can prevent itI kept asking him questions but he was just trying to hurry me looking at me like I have three heads and questioning me inside about my condition although prescribing me three medications at the same timeI felt robbed from paying this medical center, treated less as a patient and worst no respect for how bad or sick I felt!
